ZMA® combines zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 in forms selected to optimize their absorption, supporting post-exercise recovery.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (3 capsules, male): Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 15 mg (882% DV); Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate and oxide) 450 mg (107% DV); Zinc (from mono-L-methionine, aspartate, and zinc oxide) 30 mg (273% DV).

Directions for use

Take 3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, away from dairy products or calcium-rich foods.
