Delivery Areas

We deliver our products within mainland France and to European Union countries.
No delivery is provided outside these zones.


Partner Carriers

Deliveries are handled by our logistics partners:
La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, UPS, or any equivalent carrier depending on availability and destination.

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard shipping

  • Express shipping

  • Pickup point (relay point)

The choice of delivery method is offered to the customer when placing the order.


Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipments take place on all working days.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email.


Delivery Times

The average delivery time is estimated between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier selected.
These times are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.


Shipping Fees

  • €5.99 (incl. VAT) for all orders under €100 (incl. VAT).

  • Free shipping for all orders equal to or above €100 (incl. VAT).

Shipping fees are fixed, regardless of the delivery method or destination (within covered areas).


Restrictions

Currently, there are no restrictions on the products delivered.
⚠️ Please note, however, that certain addresses—such as P.O. boxes or military addresses—may not be eligible for delivery depending on the carrier used.
If you have any doubts, please contact us before placing your order.


Delays and Delivery Incidents

In the event of an unusual delay, or if your package is lost or damaged, we will take full responsibility for the incident.

Order Modification or Cancellation

Customers may request to modify or cancel their order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can handle your request promptly.


Returns Due to Delivery Issues

In the event of a shipping error, non-conforming product, or any issue related to delivery, a free return will be offered.
We work with a partner carrier to arrange returns under the best possible conditions.
