Zinc (Bisglycinate) 15 mg per capsule (150% RI). Other ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, with a large glass of water.
