Description

VolcaNuque is a 2-in-1 neck pillow that can be used hot or cold to relieve pain and tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Its volcanic rock composition ensures good diffusion and retention of temperature, both hot and cold.

Features

Inner composition: gel, water, and 8% volcanic rock. Outer polyester cover, deep blue color. Weight: 1.8 kg. Dimensions: 53 x 31 cm. Thanks to its flexible shape, it can be positioned in two different ways to target either the shoulders or the neck.

Use

To heat: place the cushion in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at 600 Watts (medium power), repeatable if more heat is needed; alternatively, heat it in a bain-marie for about 5 minutes. Once heated, knead the cushion to distribute the heat and wrap it in a thin towel before application to avoid any risk of burns. To cool: place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or in the freezer for a maximum of 15 minutes, and also wrap it in a thin towel before application.

Care

Clean with a damp sponge and mild soap.
