This formula combines vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 (MK-4), two nutrients involved in normal calcium metabolism.

Ingredients (per dose)

Per dose (1 capsule): Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 25 µg (1000 IU) (500% RDA); Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4, MK-4) 45 µg (60% RDA).

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times daily, with a meal.
