The B-50 complex combines all B vitamins, as well as choline and inositol, which are useful for energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 tablet): Thiamine (B1) 50 mg; Riboflavin (B2) 50 mg; Niacin (B3, as niacinamide) 50 mg; Vitamin B6 50 mg; Folate (as folic acid) 400 µg; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50 µg; Biotin 50 µg; Pantothenic acid (from calcium pantothenate) 50 mg; PABA 25 mg; Choline (from choline bitartrate) 25 mg; Inositol 25 mg.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
