Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 tablet): Thiamin (B1) 100 mg; Riboflavin (B2) 100 mg; Niacin (B3, niacinamide) 100 mg; Vitamin B6 100 mg; Folate (folic acid) 400 µg (100% RDA); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 100 µg; Biotin 100 µg; Pantothenic Acid (B5) 100 mg; Choline 35 mg; Inositol 100 mg; PABA 10 mg.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
