Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 tablet): Thiamine (B1) 100 mg; Riboflavin (B2) 100 mg; Niacin (B3, niacinamide) 100 mg; Vitamin B6 100 mg; Folate (folic acid) 400 µg (100% RDA); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 100 µg; Biotin 100 µg; Pantothenic acid (B5) 100 mg; Choline 35 mg; Inositol 100 mg; PABA 10 mg.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
