Per dose (1 tablet): Thiamine (B1) 100 mg; Riboflavin (B2) 100 mg; Niacin/Niacinamide (B3) 100 mg; Vitamin B6 100 mg; Folic Acid 400 µg; Vitamin B12 100 µg; Biotin 100 µg; Pantothenic Acid (B5) 100 mg; Choline 100 mg; Inositol 100 mg. Exact quantities of each nutrient may vary slightly by batch.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily, with a meal.
