Per dose (1 softgel): Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 600 mg; Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 300 mg; Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU.

Directions for use

Take 1 softgel, 1 to 2 times a day, with meals.
