Thyroid Energy combines iodine and L-tyrosine, two nutrients involved in normal thyroid function, with selenium and ashwagandha.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 capsule): Iodine (from kelp) 150 µg (100% RDI); L-Tyrosine 300 mg; Selenium 50 µg; Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root). The exact quantity of ashwagandha could not be confirmed with absolute certainty.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
