Thyroid Energy combines iodine and L-tyrosine, two nutrients involved in normal thyroid function, with selenium, zinc, copper, and ashwagandha.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (2 capsules): Iodine (from potassium iodide) 225 µg (150% RDA); L-Tyrosine approximately 1 g; Selenium, Zinc, Copper; Ashwagandha extract; vitamins B6, B9 (folate), and B12. Precise levels of selenium, zinc, copper, and B vitamins could not be verified with absolute certainty.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses with meals.
