Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1/4 level teaspoon, approx. 1.4 g): Potassium (elemental, from 1400 mg potassium citrate) 448 mg (10% RDI).

Directions for use

Mix 1/4 level teaspoon, 1 to 2 times a day, in at least 250 mL of water or a drink, with a meal. Do not exceed 2 doses per day.
