Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 capsule): Vitamin B6 (from 50 mg P-5-P monohydrate) 33 mg (1941% NRV); Magnesium (bisglycinate) 25 mg (6% NRV).

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
