Composition (per dose)

ionic magnesium as magnesium citrate (from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), 350 mg of magnesium per dose; calcium as calcium gluconate, approx. 210 mg of calcium per dose; potassium citrate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), boron citrate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Raspberry-lemon flavor.

Instructions for use

start with approximately 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) per day, then gradually increase to 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) per day. Divide the daily dose into 2 to 3 intakes, to be diluted in hot water then topped up as desired.
