Composition (per dose)

ionic magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate (from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), approx. 325 mg of magnesium per dose. Orange flavour, citric acid.

Directions for use

start with approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) per day, then gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g) per day. Divide the daily dose into 2 to 3 intakes.
