Powdered food supplement made from highly absorbable ionic magnesium, in the form of magnesium citrate.

Composition (per dose)

ionic magnesium as magnesium citrate (from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), approx. 325 mg of magnesium per dose depending on the flavour. Raspberry-lemon flavour, citric acid.

Directions for use

start with about 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) per day, then gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g) per day. Divide the daily dose into 2 to 3 intakes, to be diluted in 60-90 ml of hot water then complete with hot or cold water as desired.
