Composition (per dose)

ionic magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate (from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), 350 mg of magnesium per dose. No sugar, no flavoring, no artificial coloring.

Directions for use

start with approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) per day, then gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g) per day. Divide the daily dose into 2 to 3 intakes, dilute in 60-90 ml of hot water, let the effervescence dissipate, then top up with water.
