Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is traditionally used to support normal liver function, thanks to its silymarin content.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 capsule): Milk thistle extract (seed), standardized to a minimum of 80% silymarin, 150 mg (providing 120 mg of silymarin).

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily, with meals.
