Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 tablet): Folate (as Quatrefolic®, glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-MTHF) 1700 µg DFE (1000 µg of 5-MTHF, 425% RDI).

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
