Composition (per 150g dose of powder)

approx. 26g protein (milk protein isolate and concentrate, casein, egg white), approx. 59g carbohydrates (of which 16g sugars, notably from corn, wheat, oat and potato flours), approx. 7g lipids, 3g creatine monohydrate, approx. 400 kcal (powder only, before adding milk). Strawberry flavor, added vitamins and minerals.

Instructions for use

1 dose (150g powder) mixed in water, milk or a drink of your choice, depending on the caloric goals.
