Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 tablespoon, 15 mL): 14 g MCT oil, of which approximately 50% caprylic acid (C8) and 30% capric acid (C10).

Directions for use

Take 1 tablespoon daily, alone or incorporated into a drink, sauce, or cold dish. Introduce gradually to assess digestive tolerance.
