This topical magnesium spray provides highly concentrated magnesium chloride, sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, for direct skin application.

Ingredients

Per dose (4 sprays): Magnesium (elemental, from magnesium chloride) approximately 66 mg. Ingredients: water, magnesium chloride.

Directions for use

Spray 2 to 5 times onto clean, dry skin, then gently massage until absorbed. For a foot bath, dilute 30 to 60 mL in warm water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
