Magnesium bisglycinate (Albion®) is a form of magnesium bound to glycine, facilitating intestinal absorption.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 level teaspoon, approx. 2.5 g): Magnesium (elemental, from Albion® magnesium bisglycinate) 250 mg (60% RDA).

Directions for use

Mix 1 level teaspoon in at least 180 mL of water or juice. Take 1 to 2 times daily with meals.

Manufactured without yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts.
