Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered, non-acidic form of Vitamin C, designed to be better tolerated by sensitive stomachs.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1/4 level teaspoon, approx. 1 g): Vitamin C (from ascorbic acid) 820 mg (911% RDA); Magnesium (elemental, from magnesium oxide) 60 mg (14% RDA).

Directions for use

Mix 1/4 level teaspoon in at least 180 mL of cold water, once daily, with a meal.
