Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1/4 level teaspoon, approx. 1 g): Vitamin C (from magnesium ascorbate) 820 mg (911% DV); Magnesium (elemental, from magnesium ascorbate) 60 mg (14% DV).

Directions for use

Mix 1/4 level teaspoon into at least 180 mL of cold water, once daily, with a meal.
