Effervescent electrolyte tablets with B vitamins, for hydration during exercise.

Composition

sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, vitamin B6, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2). Ingredients: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, inulin, sorbitol, flavouring, beetroot powder, polyethylene glycol, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, sucralose, zinc citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin-5-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride.

Instructions for use

2 tablets dissolved in 500 ml of water, preferably every hour during physical exertion, especially during long sessions or in hot weather.
