Iron Complex combines Ferrochel® iron, a chelated form of iron known for its good digestive tolerance, with cofactors useful for its absorption.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 tablet): Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg (56% RDI); Folate 340 µg DFE (85% RDI, including 200 µg folic acid); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50 µg (2083% RDI); Iron (elemental, from 135 mg Ferrochel™ iron bisglycinate) 27 mg (150% RDI); Angelica sinensis (Dong Quai) 100 mg; Raspberry leaf 100 mg.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Allergens

Manufactured without wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nuts. Consider total iron intake; excess iron can be harmful, especially in children.
