Iron Complex combines Ferrochel® iron, a form of chelated iron known for its digestive tolerance, with cofactors that aid its absorption.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 tablet): Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg (56% RDA); Folate 340 µg DFE (85% RDA, including 200 µg of folic acid); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50 µg (2083% RDA); Iron (elemental, from 135 mg of Ferrochel™ iron bisglycinate) 27 mg (150% RDA); Dong Quai 100 mg; Raspberry leaf 100 mg.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
