Hardcore BCAA combines BCAAs in the clinical 2:1:1 ratio with supporting amino acids and an electrolyte complex for hydration and recovery during exercise.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 scoop): BCAAs 8g in a 2:1:1 ratio (Leucine 4g, Isoleucine 2g, Valine 2g); Supporting amino acids 1.7g (glycine, L-glutamine, L-alanine); Electrolyte complex 1.04g (sodium citrate, sea salt, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium bisglycinate and oxide); BioPerine® (black pepper extract) 5mg.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop in 350 to 500 mL of water, to be consumed before, during or after training.
