Hardcore BCAA combines BCAAs in a clinical 2:1:1 ratio with supporting amino acids and an electrolyte complex, for hydration and recovery during exercise.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 scoop): 8g BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (4g Leucine, 2g Isoleucine, 2g Valine); 1.7g Supporting Amino Acids (glycine, L-glutamine, L-alanine); 1.04g Electrolyte Complex (sodium citrate, sea salt, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium bisglycinate and oxide); 5mg BioPerine® (black pepper extract).

Directions for Use

Mix 1 scoop in 350 to 500 mL of water, to be consumed before, during or after training.
