Per dose (4 capsules): Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 10 µg (400 IU); Calcium (from hydroxyapatite) 500 mg; Phosphorus (from hydroxyapatite) 193 mg; Iodine (from kelp) 225 µg; Magnesium (oxide and citrate) 500 mg; Zinc (amino acid chelate) 15 mg; Selenium (L-selenomethionine) 100 µg; Copper (amino acid chelate) 2 mg; as well as manganese, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium in trace amounts.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules, twice daily, with meals.
