Per dose (1 capsule): Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis, leaf), standardized to a minimum of 80% total catechins and 50% EGCg, 400 mg (providing 200 mg EGCg); Naturally occurring caffeine up to 4 mg; Decaffeinated green tea (leaf) 50 mg.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
