Per serving (1 tablet): Vitamin A (95% retinyl palmitate, 5% beta-carotene) 1500 µg (167% RDA); Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg; Folate (as folic acid) 680 µg DFE (400 µg folic acid, 170% RDA); Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 18 µg (750% RDA); as well as a set of B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, and antioxidants.
