Daily Vits is a complete multivitamin and mineral formula, enriched with lutein and lycopene.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 tablet): Vitamin A (95% retinyl palmitate, 5% beta-carotene) 1500 µg (167% RDI); Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg; Folate (as folic acid) 680 µg DFE (400 µg folic acid, 170% RDI); Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 18 µg (750% RDI); as well as a complex of B vitamins, zinc, magnesium and antioxidants. Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
