Protein porridge made with whole oat flakes and whey protein, with added MCTs, for a balanced breakfast or snack.

Composition (per serving)

Organic whole oat flakes (100%), whey protein concentrate (emulsifier soy lecithin), whey protein isolate, MCT powder, natural flavor, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, stevia). Approximately 23g protein and 22.9g carbohydrates per 60g serving.

Instructions for use

Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml boiling water, stir and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before consuming.

Allergens

Contains milk, gluten (oats) and soy (lecithin). Manufactured in a facility that also handles egg, fish, celery and tree nuts.
