Protein porridge made from whole grain oats and whey protein, with added MCTs, for a balanced breakfast or snack.

Composition (per serving)

Organic whole grain oats (100%), whey protein concentrate (emulsifier soy lecithin), whey protein isolate, MCT powder, natural flavor, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, stevia). Approximately 23g of protein and 22.9g of carbohydrates per 60g serving.

Instructions for use

Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water, stir and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before consuming.

Allergens

Contains milk, gluten (oats) and soy (lecithin). Manufactured in a facility that also handles egg, fish, celery and tree nuts.
