Composition (per serving)

Carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin, oat), whey protein, creatine monohydrate, vitamins and minerals, natural flavor, sweeteners. Approximately 50g of protein and over 1000 kcal per full serving depending on flavor.

Directions for use

Mix 2-3 scoops with 500-750 ml of water or milk, to be consumed after training or between meals to increase caloric intake.

Allergens

Contains milk (whey/casein protein). Manufactured in a facility that also handles soy, egg, fish, celery, and cereals containing gluten.
