Composition (per serving)

Micronized creatine monohydrate, natural flavor, sweeteners, acidifier (citric acid), colorant. 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving (1 scoop), no fillers, sugar, stimulants, or added gum.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 180-250 ml of water, to be consumed after training or at any time of day. An optional loading phase of 20g/day for 5 days can be followed by a maintenance dose of 5g/day.

Allergens

Contains no major allergens but is manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery, and gluten-containing cereals.
