Description

The Climsom Flex heated cervical decompression pillow helps restore better posture to relieve stiff necks and related pain (muscle spasms, tension, headaches). It combines gentle cervical decompression and thermotherapy: a firm, curved pillow gently stretches the neck while a full heated cover provides soothing warmth.

Features

The cervical pillow is made of 35D density PU (synthetic leather), cervical support dimensions: 24.5 x 15.5 x 10 cm, black color. The removable heated cover (14% elastane, 86% nylon-6, graphene heating strip) offers 3 temperature levels: 40°C, 45°C, and 50°C, with a 1.5 m USB cable and plug adapter included. Total weight (pillow + cover): 400 g.

Use

Place the pillow on a flat, firm surface. Lie down in front of the pillow, knees bent, and slide down until your neck is in the curved section. Remain in this position, breathing slowly (inhale 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds). Recommended usage time: 10 minutes. For the heated cover, connect the USB cable to the provided adapter then to an electrical outlet; a single button on the cable allows you to change the temperature, with a programmable automatic shut-off function after 30 minutes.

Care

Isolate the heating strip from the cover then hand wash the cover with water and mild soap, or use a cotton pad lightly soaked in hydrogen peroxide to rub on the cover.
