Composition (per dose)

Per dose: Hydrolyzed Collagen Types 1 & 3 (Peptan) 2000-3000 mg; Vitamin C (as Calcium Ascorbate) 30 mg; Calcium and Sodium in associated quantities.

Directions for use

4 tablets or capsules twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
