A progressively digestible carbohydrate complex (Cluster Dextrin), designed to provide sustained energy before, during, or after exercise without a sudden glycemic spike.

Composition (per serving)

Cluster Dextrin (highly branched cyclic dextrin), AstraGin® (ginseng and astragalus extract), natural flavor, sweetener (sucralose). Approximately 24g of carbohydrates per serving.

Instructions for use

Mix 1 scoop with 300-500 ml of water, to be consumed before, during or after training depending on energy needs.

Allergens

Does not contain any major allergens but is manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.
