This formula combines calcium and magnesium, two essential minerals for maintaining normal bones and muscle function.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (4 capsules): Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 5 µg (200 IU) (25% RDA); Calcium 1 g (1000 mg) (77% RDA); Magnesium (80% oxide, 10% citrate, 10% malate) 500 mg (119% RDA).

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules, twice a day, preferably in divided doses, with meals.
