Per serving (2 tablets): Vitamin D (D2, ergocalciferol) 10 µg (400 IU, 50% DV); Calcium (from calcium citrate) 600 mg (46% DV); Magnesium (from magnesium oxide and aspartate) 300 mg (71% DV); Zinc (chelated complex) 15 mg (136% DV); Copper (chelated complex) 1 mg (111% DV); Manganese (chelated complex) 5 mg (217% DV).

Directions for use

Take 2 tablets daily, preferably in divided doses, with meals.
