Per serving (2 capsules): Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 µg (1000 IU, 125% RDA); Calcium (elemental) 500 mg (38% RDA); Magnesium (elemental) 250 mg (60% RDA); Zinc (elemental, bisglycinate) 7.5 mg (68% RDA); Copper (elemental, bisglycinate) 0.5 mg (56% RDA); Manganese (elemental, bisglycinate) 2.5 mg (109% RDA).

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with meals.
