Composition (per dose)

Per dose (2 capsules): Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 µg (1000 IU, 125% RDI); Calcium (element) 500 mg (38% RDI); Magnesium (element) 250 mg (60% RDI); Zinc (element, bisglycinate) 7.5 mg (68% RDI); Copper (element, bisglycinate) 0.5 mg (56% RDI); Manganese (element, bisglycinate) 2.5 mg (109% RDI).

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with meals.
