This formula combines calcium and magnesium with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, for normal calcium metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (2 capsules): Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 8.3 µg (333 IU) (42% RDI); Calcium (from calcium citrate) 266 mg (27% RDI); Magnesium (from magnesium oxide) 133 mg (33% RDI); Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) 30 µg.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules, twice daily, with meals.
