This formula combines calcium and magnesium with vitamin C and the full range of B-group vitamins, which are useful for normal energy production.

Per serving (2 tablets): Vitamin C (ascorbic acid and magnesium and calcium ascorbates) 360 mg (400% RDA); Thiamine (B1) 10 mg; Riboflavin (B2) 5 mg; Niacin (B3) 40 mg; Vitamin B6 5 mg; Folate (folic acid) 1360 µg DFE (800 µg, 340% RDA); Vitamin B12 20 µg; Biotin 300 µg; Pantothenic acid (B5) 20 mg; Choline 20 mg; Calcium (elemental) 1000 mg (77% RDA); Magnesium (elemental) 500 mg (119% RDA); Inositol 20 mg; PABA 10 mg.

Instructions for use

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, optionally in divided doses.
