Per serving (2 tablets): Vitamin C (ascorbic acid and magnesium and calcium ascorbates) 360 mg (400% RDI); Thiamine (B1) 10 mg; Riboflavin (B2) 5 mg; Niacin (B3) 40 mg; Vitamin B6 5 mg; Folate (folic acid) 1360 µg DFE (800 µg, 340% RDI); Vitamin B12 20 µg; Biotin 300 µg; Pantothenic acid (B5) 20 mg; Choline 20 mg; Calcium (elemental) 1000 mg (77% RDI); Magnesium (elemental) 500 mg (119% RDI); Inositol 20 mg; PABA 10 mg.

Directions for use

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, possibly in divided doses.
