C4 Ultimate (old formula) is a high-dose pre-workout formula combining beta-alanine, creatine nitrate, citrulline, and an energizing complex based on caffeine.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 scoop): Beta-Alanine (CarnoSyn®) approx. 3.2 g; Creatine Nitrate (NO3-T®); L-Citrulline; Anhydrous caffeine approx. 300 mg; TeaCrine® Complex (theacrine); Tyrosine; Huperzine A. Formula prior to the current reformulation of C4 Ultimate, composition to be confirmed on the packaging of the lot concerned.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop in 300 to 350 mL of water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. Assess individual tolerance with half a dose or less before first use. Do not exceed 1 dose per 24-hour period.

Allergens

Manufactured without wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts. May contain traces of soy.
