C4 Ultimate is a high-dose pre-workout formula, combining beta-alanine, citrulline, betaine, and an energizing complex based on caffeine, TeaCrine®, and Dynamine™.

Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 scoop, ~28 g): Beta-Alanine (CarnoSyn®) 3.2 g; L-Citrulline approximately 6 g; Betaine (BetaPower®) 1.25 g; Anhydrous Caffeine 300 mg; TeaCrine® (theacrine) and Dynamine™ (methylliberine) Complex; Tyrosine; Huperzine A.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop in 300 to 350 mL of water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. Assess individual tolerance with half a dose or less before first use. Do not exceed 1 dose per 24-hour period. Do not consume in the evening.

Allergens

Manufactured without wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nuts. May contain traces of soy.
