Composition (per serving)

Per serving (1 scoop): Beta-Alanine (CarnoSyn®); Citrulline Malate; Anhydrous Caffeine approximately 135-150 mg; CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid); Ripped Blend Complex (L-Carnitine, Green Coffee Extract, Capsicum Extract (Capsimax®), Coleus forskohlii Root Extract).

Directions for Use

Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) in 240 mL of water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. Assess individual tolerance with half a dose before first use.
