Composition (per serving)

See the C4 Original product page for detailed composition per serving: Beta-Alanine (CarnoSyn®) 1.6g, Creatine Nitrate (NO3-T®) 1g, anhydrous caffeine approximately 150mg per scoop.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop in 150 to 250 mL of water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before training.

Manufactured without wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts. May contain traces of soy.
