C4 Original is a pre-workout formula combining beta-alanine, creatine nitrate, and caffeine, designed to support energy and muscle endurance during exercise.

Composition (per dose)

Per dose (1 scoop, ~6-7 g depending on flavor): Beta-Alanine (CarnoSyn®) 1.6 g; Creatine Nitrate (NO3-T®) 1 g; Citrulline Malate; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid); Niacin (vitamin B3); Vitamin B6; Vitamin B12; Anhydrous Caffeine approx. 150 mg (exact content varies by version/market, check packaging).

Directions for Use

Mix 1 scoop in 150 to 250 mL of water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. Assess individual tolerance with half a dose before first use. Do not consume in the evening due to caffeine content.
