Per dose (1 capsule): Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1g (1000 mg, 1111% RDA); Zinc (elemental, from 75 mg TRAACS™ zinc bisglycinate) 15 mg (136% RDA).

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
